Exhibitor Move-in/Exhibitor Move-out
Exhibitor Move-In
Exhibitor move-in will always take place from 12pm-7pm on the days prior to each event. Additional Exhibitor move-in time is also available on mornings of each event from 8am until 9:30am. We ask that all Exhibitor booths are set up by showtime at 10am.
Courtesy help is available at every show move-in! Our staff is on-premise during all hours of the show and will greet your team upon arrival and walk you to you booth location! No need to waste time looking for you assigned booth.
Exhibitor passes are NOT needed to enter or exit Expo Halls at any point during the show. All Halls are secured and locked after show hours.
Exhibitor Move-Out
Move-out will always take place immediately after each Home Show concludes at 4pm.
Courtesy help is also available during move-out hours, along with carts for display material transportation.
All Exhibitor booth items MUST be moved out of venues on the night of move-out, without exception. All venues are rented per day and we do not have access to any facilities after the show day.

Our office is open from Monday through Friday for customer service! Please call, email, or stop in! During show weekends, we are usually out of the office on Friday-Saturday for show set-up. During these times, we can best be reached via email which we always respond to right away.
